RoliRoti's pork sandwich is special. Not only does it taste really really great, it's also unique. The juicy rotisserie pork with the crispy chopped pork skin, the perfect roll - crunchy, soft and fresh all at the same time, the bite of the arugula, and last but really not least, the coarse rosemary gray salt. I mean, you'd think the salt choice would be no big deal, but it's not. It's a very big deal, adding another layer of lovely crunch, complexity and taste to this incredible indulgence. Hardy Wallace and I were in for such a treat...
